Let's Try Something New!

Bravo to these brave kids for trying yoga for the first time. I love their open minds and adventurous spirits. There are many benefits for kids that practice yoga. Yoga can help kids:

  • increases strength and flexibility

  • improve their self-esteem.

  • increases awareness of the body (aka mindfulness)

  • manage their anxiety
